Vue Validator: release of 3.0 for Vue 2.0

This is the first release of 3.0 for Vue 2.0
Kazuya Kawaguchi the creator of the Validator component for Vue.js, has released version 3.0.0-alpha.1. As the release log says there are still some feature bugs and some features still need to be worked on, such as v-model integration and
component validation. There is not yet official documentation.
